For years, I struggled with finding balance and peace in my life. The pressures of daily responsibilities coupled with emotional and physical challenges, and divorce, left me feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. It was during this difficult period that I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
I sought solace in various forms of holistic wellness, exploring everything from journaling and solo travel to therapy and spiritual practices. Through these experiences, I began to connect with my new inner self, finding strength and resilience I never knew I had. Each step of the way, I was reminded of the importance of self-care, self-love, and faith.
As I healed, I felt a calling to share the profound lessons I learned. This inspiration led to the creation of our clothing line and exclusive wellness club, Sow Into Self. Each piece in our collections is pulled from my journals and designed with intention, blending comfort, style, and powerful messages of empowerment and faith. Ms. Bobbie A. Self serves as the Founder of Sow Into Self Co. As a mother of three daughters, a Certified Life Coach, Spiritual Advisor, Entrepreneur, and Dance Ministry Leader, she is dedicated to empowering women to pursue healing and lead lives of fulfillment for themselves and their families. Her personal journey and experiences motivate her to express her most personal moments through her original designs, with each creation embodying her dedication to self-care, self-love, and faith.
