1. Contact our customer support team at support@sowintoself.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
2. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed.
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it.
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please ensure that the return authorization number is clearly marked on the package.
5. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition.
6. If the item meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days, minus $7 restocking fee.

Please note that the following conditions apply to all returns and exchanges:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
